We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on every order.

If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, you can request a full refund of your product cost within 60 days of your order delivery date. No hoops. No interrogation.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, email our team at crowntheory.help@gmail.com within 60 days of your delivery date and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Instructions

Once your refund request is approved:

  1. Ship the product back to the return address we provide.
  2. Include your order number inside the package.
  3. Send us the tracking number by email so we can monitor its arrival.

Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving the return authorization from our team.

What You'll Get Back

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

The refund covers the full product cost of your order. Original shipping charges (if any) and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Bundles and Multi-Bottle Orders

If you purchased a bundle (like our Buy 2 Get 1 Free package), the 60-day guarantee applies to the entire bundle. You must return all bottles from the bundle, whether opened, partially used, or unopened, to be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at crowntheory.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or quantity, please request a refund on your current order and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (including Amazon, eBay, and retail stores). Crown Theory Restore is only sold on our official website, crowntheory.shop. We cannot verify or refund counterfeit products purchased elsewhere.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Digital products, gift cards, or promotional items

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email crowntheory.help@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can still request a refund under the 60-day guarantee once it arrives.
