Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Crown Theory. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your Crown Theory Restore will arrive.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During this time, our team prepares, packages, and hands off your order to our shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information as soon as it ships.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days to arrive.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–11 business days
Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, or major launches) processing and shipping may take slightly longer, and we'll do our best to communicate any delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We're working on expanding to international customers and will announce it on our website and social media when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
If you don't receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at crowntheory.help@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email crowntheory.help@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or refusal at delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Crown Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we want to help. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mail room
- Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly early)
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number to file a lost package claim
- Email us at crowntheory.help@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crowntheory.help@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, your choice.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email crowntheory.help@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, but you can still request a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee once it arrives.
